Problems loading SL properly

Why is it that my friends list and my groups dont load and my avi does not load in properly when logging on to SL with any viewer?

I'd check if bandwidth is properly set, if some other program like firewall/anti-virus interfiers...

Without some computer specs everyone here is going to be clueless.

 

Launch your viewer (any one of them), and under the "Help" menu click "About Second Life".  You'll see the basic computer specs that the viewer reports back to the LL servers.  Copy those specs and paste back here.....that will give people a starting point for suggestions to help resolve your problem.

 

To respond to your thread go to the "Options" in the upper right corner of the dialog box for your initial post and choose "Edit".  Add the specs to that post.
