How do I size down (make smaller)  a photo to place on my wall using edit etc ?

Photo was purchased on marketplace but humongous when rezzed .

if the permission of the photo you purchased is ok MOD, then you can resize it with build tool.

You can place the texture on a prim that you want to use, then in the Build Menu select stretch object/ stretch textures.

Another method is to place the texture on a prim without stretching anything and then take a snapshot of the prim. Zoom and center the camera, adjust the image upload size to suite.
