I am just guessing but I bet you have an ATI Graphics Card. If so you can go here and answer the questions to download the latest drivers. If not find the company that makes your graphics card and go to their website.

Im having the same issue but have no idea what to download.Last night I turned up graphics in sl to take better pictures,crashed,tried to relog and it said update graphics driver.Uninstalled sl reinstalled tried older releases,still got same message.So I said ok I will try a system restore from 4 days ago.Then windows wouldnt restart normally so im in safemode trying to find a fix.Why did it do this because i turned the graphics up in sl?Ive never had this issue in all my yrs here.Can anyone help im in panic mode..
