All of our private estate sims are “stand-alone” which means our tenants have unobstructed ocean views.

  Need a parcel swap for an upgrade or downgrade or for simply a change of scenery? OT Rentals allows tenants to switch to any other available parcel and have all currently paid rent applied towards the new land. There is no limit to how many times you can swap!
