Hey need help

I down loaded Second Life, but it's not letting me do anything at all no matter where I go or what I try to do. What am I doing wrong? Any advice.

So you logged in to SL and you can move but you can't do anything other than that? Maybe you can go into more details. In the meantime following links might help you out.
