• Where in the process does it stop and how does it stop
• Are you getting some error messages and what are they

it is viewer 2 my connection is excelent im not getting a error message and i have no idea how the hardware is configured nor how to find out ive restarted reinstalled updated browser everything nothing works it gets to the loading world point and just logs off to a crash log box again no error message shows up i give up this sucks ive done everything from the help forum NOTHING WORKS
