New and Upcoming Fashion Business is seeking Staff for many different positions.

About-  A very large fashion boutique is about to launch in about 2 months time from now. This will start out on onesim and eventually lead up to many sims with many other services to offer.Our fashion store will be different fromother stores because we want to offer a Real Life experience for the Second Life Resident.Our store will haveconsultants and team members on hand 24/7 so that we may offer our services to any time zone. We willprideourselves in being a second life clothing store, with a real life feel and experience. 
Open Positions-(please be advised in the beginning you will not be making as much as you will after the storelaunches, patients is key inthis project)


-Clothing Designers-

We are looking for clothing designers. This is someone who understands how to make second life clothing withphotoshop orany other graphic editing software. This is someone who understands how to build inside of second life,i.e. flexi skirts, belts, ect.This is someone who understands texturing. This is also someone who will be willing to workwith a team of clothing designers, andwork on projects together. We are also willing to train the right individual. $Clothing Designers will be paid per project, and then will also earn a percentage of each sale they worked on. To bedetermined based on experience $

-Sculpt Designers-

We are looking for Sculpted Designers. This is someone who understands how to make sculpts with neededsoftware.This is someone who understands how to build inside of Second Life. This is someone who understandssculpt texturing.This is also someone who will be willing to work with a team of other designers, and work on projectstogether.$ Sculpt Designers will be paid per project, and then will also earn a percentage of each sale they workedon. To be determinedbased on experience $

-Builders-

We are searching for quality builders who are dependable and are exceptional with textures. We are searching forbuildersto build our buildings, stores, furnishings, ect that decorates the sim on which the store will reside. Must beexcellent withtexturing, as we want our builds to be as realistic as possible. The use of shading is preferred.$ Builderswill be paid per project build, at the builders pay rate $

-Marketing & Advertising Representatives-

We are searching for hard working, dependable person to be the marketing and advertising representative of ourcompany.Please only apply if you plan on being dependable and plan on working when as scheduled. We do notappreciate flaking peopleand you will be fired without pay at the first sign of this.People with marketing and advertisingexperience inside of second life are encouraged to apply, but will consider someonewithout experience as well, as longas they are willing to learn.$ Marketing agents will be paid a weekly pay based on experience $

-Managers-

Managers will be the front face of this company and we are searching for only the best! Managers will be working on adaily basiswith the CEO and all other staff of the company. Must be able to handle the following-1. Fast Paced Work2. Bein charge of all staff on hand3. Hiring and Firing4. Working one on one with customers5. Doing weekly employeechecks 6. Being in charge of the whole company's finances and employee payroll7. Working one on one with the CEO.BE DEPENDABLE!$ Managers will be paid a weekly pay based on experience $

-Fashion Consultants-

Fashion Consultants will be in charge of taking care of the customer and their needs. This is an example of how a shiftwould work -You will be assigned a customer by the receptionist for a certain date or time, OR, if there is a walk in areceptionist will look for any fashion consultants online and you may be asked to come in, you will take your client andhelp them pick out their items,once they have picked out a item(s) you will then have them try on their items and decide ifthey need any alterations or would liketo add items to their ensemble, such as sleeves, skirts, prim flowers, ect...Youwould then write up their whole order and send it to the manager on hand for alterations and have the client pay adeposit on their order. If the client wanted to buy the item that day, then you would look for any manager or CEO online todo the alterations that day.You must be willing to work a fixed schedule and you MUST show up to all your appointments.Please be dependable or do not apply.$ Fashion Consultants are payed a weekly pay based on experience and arealso paid bi weekly bonuses based on sales $

-Receptionists-

Receptionists will be the ones to take care of the clients needs such as, scheduling appointments, taking walk ins, andthen fixing them up with a fashion consultants.  And being in charge of the front end of the store.$ Receptionists arepayed a weekly pay based on experience $

-Fashion Blogger-

Are you good with Blogging and Social Networking? You will be in charge of our blog site and setting it up, you will alsomake usa facebook, twitter, and any other popular social networking account. You will be in charge of all these sites andkeeping themup to date with the latest news and new releases. You will also be in charge of writing up detaileddescriptions about each item we sell in our store, and a detailed store description.Please Please be dependable or donot apply.$ Bloggers are payed a weekly pay rate based on experience $
