Situared in the heart of this Mature commercial sim, and directly opposite my main Rental HQ, this parcel is ideal for a club. It is situated on it's own unique group so extensive group powers can be given. No more loossing the traffic you build up on Estate Islands only to find then disappear overnight, this sim has been here for over 4 years.
