im getting this message when i try to create account;

i tried almsot everything, also using other mail/ip/isp ;allways getting this message;

is it my country, ppl from Serbia cant create accouns?

This is ridiculous. You get all the way through, only to be told 'Registration is not available at this time.' Then, if you try again it comes up that the name you chose is already taken.

 

This doesn't seem to be a browser issue, but a SL one. Trying to help a friend get logged in and it's just being a real PITA.
