Looking for a particle gadget

Im looking for a  partical gadget that will present a menu with a list of all the people within 10m so that i can select a name from the list.  Then, the menu will let me click Start.  Start will do the following:

1. Type the text saying the words "Nanite Delivery System Initiated..."

2, Start a particle spray, (tiny gold and silver dots, like fleas or small flies) that will bend towards the person and cover them  with the spray.   The spray would continue until I click Stop.

Then, if I click "Stop", the following will happen:

  1. Type the text saying the words "DNA Resequencing Attempt Completed..."

  2. The particle spray will dissipate quickly and stop.

This needs to be modifiyable.

 

How quickly can somebody build this?   If it works as described and looks good, I'll pay $350L.
