hi im on phoenix viewer and i have no incoming voice, tried everything even diff laptop.help please

Hello i suddenly have no voice mainly incoming voice. I was on phoenix i installed the new beta viewer thats the same. tried a diff laptop incase it was that still nothing.ive tried everything can anyone help ?

Clear your cache first and relaunch the viewer. Then go your preferences > voice chat and make sure you have not enabled device settings : "running the device settings will temporarily disconnect you from Voice chat. Changes will apply immediately".

A Linden provided Region named Voice Echo Canyon is an excellent place to test Voice. A low lag full Region.
