Kelira
Well, I just downloaded Second Life and it appears it already won't work. I can get the Viewer up without a problem. However, when I go to log in, it gives me a box that pops up and says: "Login failed.DNS could not resolve the host name. Please verify that you can connect to the www.secondlife.com web site. If you can, but continue to recieve this error, please go to the support secion and report this problem." So I've now tried logging in many times but just keep getting this message. ): Anyone think they can help?

Thinkerer Melville
Known problem: DNS not resolving host name. Mac problem, rare. Possible fixes http://virtualoutworlding.blogspot.com/2011/06/kit-dns-not-resolving-host-name-mac.html TKR
Kelira
@Knowl: The first link doesn't help since I don't have a Mac and the second confuses me. Thank you, though. @Thinkerer: The link that leads to that Neil Robinsin thing looks helpful, but I can't seem to find 'Network Connections' in my control panel. ):
