Why does my profile keep saying no host server when i try to look at profiles?

My secondly profile has been working fine but the other day when I tried to change my profile the page would not load and it keeps saying there is no host server, I am on viewer 2 and I have redownloaded it but it is still the same, Is there anything you can suggest?
