Attachments disappear to others after teleporting (Sometimes...)

I cant be the only one having this issue and maybe the answer is in relation to another forum topic I saw, with too many attachments being on one point?

But every once in awhile, after I teleport attachments will be visible on my end and would have otherwise disappeared for anyone else. Something I noticed when this happens is those attachments do not work or response to my HUD as if they are detached. Going to my inventory, I right click to detach those items and they simply will not removed. These will remain listed as bold as if they are worn. After a relog, those attachments did in fact detach after all...

 

Thoughts I had...

I am not sure if its a SIM version issue, meaning jumping from one SIM to another estate on a slightly different version or not..

Too many attachments on one point (I havent looked into this one yet.)

Just too many heavy scripted attachments?

 

Any thoughts at would might enlighten why this seems to be happening more recently within a year of time.
