11,264sqm still up... two of the owners... parcel fractioning/reconfiguring possible.... like, the 8,192 (64 x128) footprint... with a 9th (given that tier fees are + 1024 base)

fractional sale: somewhere in the L$5-7/sqm range depending on which parts are taken and which "left over" bits remain... 🙂

L$40,000 for all 11, 264 (about L$3.6/sqm)
