The only thing I need is that it must have a community, a filled one. Would be nice if it is in some aesthetic area, but getting to interact with lovely neighbours would be the best. Also.. the land must be adult/moderate. I know it might be asking for a lot.. so if you guys know any such place filled with fun events and people and stuff and fits my criteria, please let me know.
