Job Description:

Hands On Care Maternity is seeking a talented and driven Product Strategy Owner to join our dynamic team. As the Product Strategy Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and release of our products, as well as shaping our sales strategy. You will work closely with our founders and team to drive product innovation and growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Timely Product Releases: Take ownership of the product development process, ensuring products are released within specified timeframes

 

Efficient Execution: Implement strategies and processes to get things done effectively and efficiently.

 

Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and agreements related to product development and distribution.

 

Daily Meetings: Conduct daily 10-minute meetings with the Administrator to align on priorities and progress.

 

Weekly Touch-up Meetings: Hold weekly 30-minute meetings with the Administrator for in-depth project updates.

 

Sales Strategy Vision: Develop a forward-looking sales strategy to maximize product visibility and revenue generation.

 

Collaboration: Work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to align product development with the company's vision and objectives.

 

Profile:

SL Creator/Store Manager Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SL Creator or Store Manager.

 

Marketing and Graphics: Highly experienced in marketing strategies and graphics design for virtual products

 

Social Media Savvy: Proficient in leveraging social media platforms to promote products effectively.

 

Work Schedule: Willing to commit at least 4 hours a day, 5 days a week (20 hours) to fulfill job responsibilities.

 

Ownership Mentality: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, drive entrepreneurship, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

 

Adaptability: Proven ability to adapt to rapid changes and quickly re-strategize work when necessary.

 

Language Skills: Must have a highly fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
