Is it possible to have completely black EEP?

I would like to make my whole region environment to be pitch black (water & sky) but the avatars and rezzed items to be visible. Playing around with the eep settings, it seems I can only have full black to the point you cannot see anything. Anyone know if theres a way to fix this? If someone can make it for me, i'd be willing to pay! Thanks!

Could try the following for the sky:

Haze horizon, haze density, cloud coverage: 0

Scene gamma: 1

Ambient color: 50% gray or however bright/colored you want things to be, up to taste

Blue horizon color: black

Blue density color: any color but black, white is fine, again up to taste

Sun color: any, again to taste

Cloud color: no effect on these settings
