Primland, or tiny private beach on tiny ocean! do whatever you want here with 76 prims of land, water, or any combination of the two.

Currently sailable as long as I own the adjacent ocean access (also for sale). I can't speak for future owners of the access parcel, but in the last 17.5 years I have found most neighbours to be friendly if I ask for access politely.
