purchased premium account but its been 2 hours. have not been charged nor received it.

Hi, I went to buy a premium account it said I had to link Paypal account  I did then it sent a message saying will take up to 10 mins to proccess. waited its been nearly two hours have not received the premium account nor have I been charged for it.  just curious to know why it hasn't come through.

Sorry for such a late reply, not sure how your question was overlooked.

Some payment options have changed, I believe payments from paypal are only available for U.S. Residents.

A processing error is also possible. Try again. If you are double charged paypal has plenty of options or you could call SL billing.
