I am selling my grandfathered 20k sim. It is currently empty with no renters.

I am accepting bids starting at US$1250 excluding transfer fee and will take bids until 8 July.  

If my reserved price is met, I will immediately conclude the sale, else I will sell to the highest bidder on the 8th.

-Tier due on the 27th of each month. (I will pay the June tier)

The difference in monthly maintenance fee is only US$30, so if I would offer you US$1250 I will need to keep the sim for at least 42 months before making a profit out of it. Not really very interesting.
