Qualifications

• 18+, Ambitious & a self starter.
• Prior Land Management, Assistant management, and/or Customer Service Experience
• Detailed-oriented, and organized, but also flexible
• Prior Experience with Casperlet Rental System (Training Available)

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining an in-world & social media marketing plan designed to attract interested renters.
• 4/Hours in Leasing Office(In-World) per week.
• Respond to all resident support tickets via Discord 
• Cleaning parcels before new tenant moves in
• Attend Staff Meetings via Discord

Salary

• Salary: 25% Profit Share for each week your clients pay tier
