Emily Peridot Posted March 14, 2023 Share Posted March 14, 2023 (edited) It looks like she has a skin layer covering the tattoo because her outfit is telling it to do so based on the order she initially equipped it. She can fix this by going to her outfit, then tabbing on attachments to the right, right clicking on anything there and selecting "edit outfit", and then using the up and down arrows to make sure the tattoo is placed a layer above the breast texture she has on.
