Grandfathered / Bought-Down 30k Full Region for sale

I am selling my Grandfathered 30K Land Impact Region, "Byss" (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Byss/126/71/26). Tier date is 3rd of each month.

I am taking offers in Linden dollars for the next few days, and will accept the best. Buyer will also be responsible for paying the transfer fees (300 USD / L$78,000 to keep Grandfathered status, or 100 USD / L$ 26,000 to lose that status and revert to standard monthly tier).

P.S. Someone asked me, this and it's a valid question so I'll reply here:

"Bought-down" basically means artificially Grandfathered. It's not a very old Region which was naturally Grandfathered at the original monthly tier, but a few years ago Linden Lab offered the opportunity to buy the Grandfathered status on newer Regions (i.e. to "buy-down"), meaning for a one-off fee, you'd pay lower monthly tier costs. Over the long-term, that was a great deal so we took it.

There's no difference between Grandfathered and Bought-Down Grandfathered at this point, so treat them the same (you still have to pay the higher transfer fee to maintain Grandfathering on either natural Grandfathered or bought-down Grandfathered Regions).
