Buyer must pay transfer fee of $100 and region must be renamed which is free with transfer. You may keep the current location or move it. Tier is paid up until February 19th. Sim is being sold with beautiful custom professional landscaping in a farm/fantasy theme. Must see to appreciate! House can be left in place on the sim or can be deleted.
