cant hear voice chat

No mattter what I try I can't get voice chat to work. I can't hear others, I can see their green voice chat things moving as if they are talking but I hear nothing. I have checked all the volume controls and everything is at max volume.

Are you using Phoenix, by any chance? I had that problem for a while. Don't know what I did to fix it, but it hasn't happened lately. If you are, you could try their troubleshooting tips.
