I have 2 plots on the same sim. One is located right on the SLRR tracks the other is back side of the mountain which I purchased for the extra prims. The 2 lots combined give a total of 1440 sqm & 494 prims.

Each is sold separately but I will take $500L off if you purchase both!

Plot# 1 the protected SLRR tracks are in FRONT of the land at the bottom of picture. Not the ones along the long side.
