This absolutely protects you against a suprise price increase. We do, at times, adjust our pricing to better reflect the market and to stay competitive, but on vacant land only. This absolutely protects you against a suprise price increase. We do, at times, adjust our pricing to better reflect the market and to stay competitive, but on vacant land only. Seasons really help keep the land interesting and tenants are able to move and return landscaping items without it affecting the season changes.
