I need a coder for smaller projects

I am looking for a person to help me finish up a bigger project I am working on. A few functions I cannot achieve. I’ve been told they are not too hard. 
It is for a timer script. At which point after the timer it will give you an item. It’s a little more complex than that. But I believe I have all the specifics worked out, I just need it coded from the ground up. Something I cannot do.
