Could I take pictures in SL and use those images in video game design, such as in Game Maker?

I've thought about taking pictures in SL of my own avatar with my own purchased or made objects as 'model' images to be used in video games made outside of SL, such as RPG Maker or Game Maker.  Would this be legal?

Many Residents make movies in SL, they seem to have rights to their creations. One possible hang up could be if a product/item/image you depict was purchased from a seller who never had Developers rights to the product/item/image or software used in creating something used in your game.

If you sell 1 million copies, you might get a letter from gold diggers. They will want money. Develop your product, keep it under wraps, get it done then worry about selling it.
