Looking to hire someone to make a light-up bow-tie

Hi. I’m not a scripter or mesh designer but I’m looking for someone to make a scripted mesh object for me. I think it should be fairly simple, but I’m not sure. I’m willing to pay for it, but I don’t know what it will cost.

I’m looking for someone to make a light-up bow-tie. It should look like a normal bow-tie except each side will have four flashing “lights.” I’d like the HUD to do the following: allow me to choose a pattern for the base of the bow-tie (ten or so choices). I’d also like to be able to change the colors and flashing patterns of the lights (eight or so choices). Also, it should work with mesh (I’m not mesh yet, but am in the process of switching).
