Owners of long-term, successful rental agency operating with modest profit would like to move on to other things in life. 

They would like to ensure their tenants are cared for by the new owners. Many of the tenants are long-term and reliable. They would consider selling the land piece by piece, but would prefer to sell to one buyer. 

Price range for the entire business (with 3 - 5 regions) will be in the range of $7,000 USD. (Buyer will also have to cover transfer fees.) Keep in mind there are some grandfathered regions in there.
