The region has been an active adult region for my club now for 10+ years with over 16K paid members in my group. The sim is busy and has millions of my Landmarks all over SL, leading to new traffic for your business from my old business.

I have decided, after 12+ years, to close my business, Dirty Talk Voice Sex Lounge, as I do not have the time to run it any longer. 

 

The region is a 30K Grandfather with the $209US fee due monthly on the 21st.

Looking for L$260,000  OBO for a sim that would give traffic.

You must change the name but you can keep the location.

Buyer is responsible for the transfer fee of $300US or L$78,000
