Failure to access Browser Marketplace/ In-viewer mp etc

Hello everyone.

So about a week or two ago, I noticed a problem, exactly when the FS update arrived, I was unable to access Marketplace on either in-viewer or external browser. None of the sl map/links I clicked on websites load, all end up saying either internet connection issues. 

My first assumption was that it was because of the update, but strange enough a day later I still couldn't access either, so I tried a different pc, to see if it could have been a firewall problem on mine. But Nope! Same issue, so I tried browsing Marketplace on my phone, suprisingly, same problem. And to make ir worse, I couldn't access second life website/community page as well

At the moment, I have everything possible to no positive outcome and I had to get VPN, thats how I managed to load the community page. 

Now i'm abit confused, could there possibly be a ban from my country or something? I have run outta ideas what to do. PS. I'm in Tanzania, East Africa.

Any suggestions will be really helpful, thank you very much.
