A bit about me

I Operate in real life as a remote Human Resources Chief Officer & Business Consultant which gives me a lot of free time to spend on something productive within second life, I have spent most of my time in the Roleplay Genre or the Adult Industry within SL I also have land rental real estate experience when I owned ULH (Unconditional Land Holdings) that had and rented successfully 5 Full Sims, and around 20 Mainland parcels. until I sold the sims and parcels for a decent profit to another land holdings company.

 

What I am looking for

*  Place of employment to work in the management area, to commit myself and operate directly under an Owner Operator.

* Reasonable but not squeezing weekly salary or one time payment for consults on your business structure and operations.

In the end I would like to find a place to represent exclusively but in this world that is hard to come by.

 

What I bring to the table

* Connections to different freelancers that offer different lines of work (Landscaping, Marketing, Blog Management Etc)

* Real experience in staffing and talent acquisition

* Experience in staff management and day to day operations of an adult industry or roleplay community

* Training on how to perform Interviews and perfect the onboarding process for companies or communities

* Extensive Background Second Life Knowledge (Mainly Firestorm)

* Extensive Inventory(s) with utilities to expedite processes for you business/sim
