You are right down the way from the Sea of Fables which is a large open sea to sail or boat around with lots of fun attractions. You can even boat through all of the waterways up to Mare Secondus which is another large Sea on the continent. Sansara is great as you can boat throughout most of the continent and even make your way up to the channel connecting to Heterocera the Atoll continent which also offers another fun continent to boat around. 

Other than that it is just a good looking area with low lag and ready to build  your dream on.
