3 Beach Parcels - One surrounded by water on 2 sides. Negotiable pricing.

I'm not a real estate agent / business person like a lot of other people on this forum are. I'm just a simple user who has decided to downsize so I've set all of my beach land up for sale.

All parcels are next to each other and located here:

Prices are set lower then the surrounding land to give a deal. You can keep the furniture or return it if you buy the parcel, your choice. I may be willing to negotiate on the price - just message me in game. I need these parcels gone so I  can drop my tier. My pictures don't do the land justice, I'm sure a more experienced landscaper can make them look a lot better then my horrible pictures below...but meh.

largest parcel @ 5216 m2: This parcel is bordered by two bodies of water and you can make the water just about anywhere on the parcel itself, too, like I did for the heart pond.
