Are you looking for a full region on the mainland?

Then I do have what your are looking for:

I am selling my full mainland sim with 65536 square meters and 22500 prims on Gaeta for 1 000 000 Linden Dollars. It is close to the beach and pretty flat. I loved that:)

If you want there is also a roadside parcel next to it available to provide roadside access.

I could set that for sale to you after your bought the region for 15000 Lindens.

It has 6592 square meters.
