Blue mouse then white screen freeze/pause

Question

Hi i have an issue with my viewer firestorm and sl viewer it happens While playing it can be 10 minutes or 5 minutes or even several seconds between eachother...the mouse turns into a blue loading circle and the screen goes white for a few seconds then after a few seconds of freezing back to normal with the mouse and the viewer it doesnt freeze outside processes or my pc just secondlife firestorm viewer and also does the same on sl viewer 

i have tried firewall on and off for awhile...clean install....reboot....cache cleaning...turning up my vram in the prefs.....
