Q: Who gets dibs on the plot? A: First come, first served.

Q: What can I rez? A: Anything you want, up to 250 prims. 

Q: How long can my objects stay? A: Objects are returned every five hours.

Q: How long can I stay? A: As long as you want. But remember: Objects are returned every five hours.

Q: Can I put up ban lines or security orbs? A: Nope. If you want total privacy, pay rent or tier somewhere. 

Q: Can I remove anything that's already rezzed, like houses, furniture or decorations? A: Nope. But don't worry, I have good taste. 

Q: Anything else? A: Please tip what your stay was worth to the tip jar. All proceeds benefit the Sea Change Project.

Q: Anything else, RL-wise? A: Yes, please don't eat octopus. 

Q: Anything else, legal-wise? A: Owner reserves the right to change the rules without, return your objects after five hours and ban you if you are being annoying.
