Selling Mainland Protected Oceanfront

I am new to SL and bought some land I wanted to live on. I decided I want to live somewhere else though. I paid for this land and don't want to pay each month for two lands. The plot was bought and over the weeks I bought plots around it for the prim count and to expand. I have two parcels on this region the big one and small one. If you buy it I will give you the other small one. The other one is very small and not connected, I just bought it for the prim count on the main parcel. It was only a few hundred prims. Total prim count is 3164 and total space is 9216. I made it so that the parcel is just the right size for a tier 2 subscription without going over the monthly limit. Like I said i'm new and dunno much about value just trying to get back what I paid for it. I am trying to do a full region or a homestead maybe. So if you rent homesteads I am willing to sell/trade my land for rent payment. Willing to work with any intrested buyers, thanks!
