Wanted: full region for sale - 20k or 30k land impact

I am looking to purchase a full region. I am ok with a 20000 LI region, but will consider a 30000 LI region for the right price.

• Grandfathered preferred
• No neighboring regions preferred
• No special terraforming or landscaping required
• Not interested in anything priced higher than purchasing directly from Linden Lab
