Package Deal - Grandfathered Private Region (20K prims) and Grandfathered Homestead FOR SALE

A grandfathered private region (20K prims) and a grandfathered homestead available for sale in a package deal for $1000 USD.  To maintain the grandfathered status of both sims, there is a transfer fee of $300 for the private region and $150 for the homestead which is paid by the SELLER.  No objects are included in the sale.  Package Deal… will not sell separately.

 

Private Region:  Skyeridge Parkway

With the grandfathered status, the tier for the private region is $179 USD per month, and the homestead monthly tier is $95 USD per month.  Tier payment day is the 10^th of each month.  Region will be fully vacated by Monday, September 6.

Per Linden support, the sale for both sims can be submitted on one support ticket from the seller and buyer each.
