Ground level is intended for commercial use, but if you would like a skybox with some garden furniture on the ground you are most welcome! I'm happy to help you with landscaping, and most parcels have some lovely existing landscaping in place already. There are two parcels with existing store structures that you are welcome to use for your store if you'd like, and if not please feel free to return them. I can combine or split parcels per request as well.
