Sandoval Bay Boardwalk 450 USD (or the equivalent lindens) (tiers due the 12th).

Can buy together or separate, although of course they are attached.

The sell on the Sandoval Bay with tiers due on the 5th, I need to sell like toDAY, next 24-48 hrs, or it is going to go offline (and I already have a 100 transfer fee bid on the table in any case).

Sandoval Bay is empty of prims, and the Boardwalk I can have empty in 24 hours or less, I may get that done soon anyway.

Or if you want the Sandoval Bay badly (to go with the other sim) and we can't manage to get the transfer done by the fifth, the price can be 600 USD to cover the June tiers . . . I simply cannot pay another set of tiers, so either I need to turn it off asap, or maybe it will be worth to someone even at that price.  Thank you.
