Designer Needed: Interior Design and Small Town Design - Ireland Theme

Two full regions, both with Ireland / farm theme.  This is a big project, so I would expect to pay accordingly to an experienced designer.

I need help with interior design.  And, experience with exterior small town design with streets capable of handing normal traffic.

The theme is strictly Ireland.  Modern day, but with elements going back to the 1800s. Farm related themes. Embedded is a small Irish village.

The buildings are mostly store-bought, but am also working on custom builds to eventually replace those buildings.  I made custom mesh builds for some exterior elements I.E. cliffs.

A major consideration would be actual experience with overall resource usage vs design considerations. I.E. having enough "spare time" left to handle visitors, and related topics you can advise on.

The terraforming and basic layout is mostly done. But I would be open to changes based on your suggestions, related to the above.
