SL Voice not working

hello everyone,

i've been trying unsuccessfully for the past few weeks to get my slvoice to work on my wifi at home.

what i've tried:

I've tried logging onto sl using the hotspot on my mobile phone and the voice works.

I've tried replacing the wifi router. slvoice doesn't work

i've tried resetting my current wifi router to default. slvoice doesn't work

 

my conclusion is that since i am able to get the sl voice to work over my hotspot, it has something to do with my isp or wifi router. at my previous apartment location i was using wifi and connecting with no problem. 

I don't know what else to do to fix this situation. thanks for any help in advance.
