Getting a Home

I signed up today for SL and gave my credit card for advanced.  I then went to get a home and it would not let me.  It says that I need to sign up again and put in a credit card number.  Who do I have to pay twice?

You don't have to pay twice but the card registration can take up to 5 working days. In the meantime, you cannot choose your Linden home yet. Check your dashboard in the next coming days and when you will see "payment info on file" (in your account > billing information), you will be able to pick up your house.

ETA: Please note that you will receive a 1000 Lindens bonus within 45 days, and you will also receive a weekly 300 Lindens stipend every Tuesday.
