We currently have three Districts Roppongi Hills (Party), Downtown Sendai(Shopping), and last but not least our community/residential area. 

A few amenities available Include:

- Jet Ski Rentals 
- ATVs
- Arcade 
- Gym 
- Bars/Ramen Shops
- Restaurants include: McDonalds/Starbucks/Pizza Hut 

Our Style of houses are as Follows: 
Hillside Hollywood: 750L per week for 1,125 prims 
Onsu Cedar Home: 1,000L per week for 1,500 prims 
Concept House: 500L per week for 300 prims
