Unable to Access Marketplace Listings in the Viewer

I recently finished creating an item I would like to sell, so I set up my Marketplace store and restarted my viewer per the instructions. Upon logging back in, I got an error in the Marketplace Listings window: https://gyazo.com/1ec28a3998330cba8fe4f0f8784bd607

I've double checked that my store is set up properly and relogged a couple more times to no avail. My alt is able to get it working fine for her store, though. I've even tried logging into the LL viewer (I use Firestorm).

I'm just wondering if this is something on LL's end, or maybe I missed a step somewhere (I'm sure I did everything), or perhaps there is a hidden waiting period? It's odd that my alt can get it to work but I can't do anything from this avatar. Any insight is much appreciated!
